COLOR LABEL — Return & Exchange Policy
Easy Exchanges, Happy Shopping!
At Color Label, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help with a simple and hassle-free exchange process.
1. Exchange Window
We accept exchange requests within 3 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:
* Unworn and unused
* Unwashed
* Free from stains, perfume or makeup marks
* Returned with original tags intact
* Returned in its original packaging
3. Size Exchange
If you have received the wrong size or need a different size, you can request an exchange within the exchange period. Exchange is subject to size availability.
4. Product Exchange
If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another product of the same value, subject to availability.
5. Return/Exchange Shipping
For size or preference-based exchanges, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
If Color Label sends a wrong or defective product, we will take care of the necessary shipping charges.
6. Damaged / Wrong Product
Received a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We’ll review it and assist you with a replacement.
7. Sale & Offer Products
Products purchased during special offers, discounts or sale periods are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
8. No Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds for size issues, change of mind or personal preferences. Once an order is placed, cancellation/refund requests may not be accepted after processing.
9. Important Note
Please check the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen/device settings.
